Midnite Movies: Mysterious Stranger
A Segment from the 1985 Will Vinton "children's" film, "The Adventures of Mark Twain." This scene is taken from a story Twain never completed called, "The Mysterious Stranger." Fun for the whole family!

Midnite Movies: Professor Peabody's Last Lecture
An old Night Gallery episode entitled "Professor Peabody's Last Lecture." Which is straight out of the Lovecraft mythos. More of a fun introduction to all his "Old Ones" than anything, but in the spirit of the coming fall and the month of October, I hope you enjoy.
Also check out my list of some of my favorite short horror stories over at rotovator.

Midnite Movies No. 23
And why not. Here's one of my old contributions to the internet. Assembled completely out of clips from the film Cannibal Ferox, which is not a good movie under any circumstances.

I was wrong!
I had never thought of it this way before. Clearly, these guys have thought of EVERYTHING.
But I guess...no, that doesn't make any sense either. I was going to try and use logic against this sort of thing, but then I was tipped of to the profoundly smoking gun of banana cultivation. Hmm, seems that bananas evolved to get to the point where we could use them as incontrovertible proof that evolution doesn't occur. Sorry science, looks like you lose again.

Convincing Ghost Footage
View this clip, think about it, form a hypothesis, and then see if you are smarter than all of the "experts." Hint A) You probably are. Hint B) None of them get it right.
Figure it out yet? This is a simple one, but it just goes to show that the solution is sometimes far more simple than he problem. If you are still convinced that you have witnessed a genuine apparition, first of all, I'm sorry, second please observe the movements of a common house spider and watch the clip again.
